Legal notice and privacy

It is a project made by people from the town so the Festa Major programme can be checked on a phone without hunting for the PDF. It is not made or maintained by Castellar del Vallès Town Council, and has no official connection with the council or the organising groups.

The official source is always the Town Council programme. If anything here differs from the official programme, the official programme prevails.

The activities, times, venues and organising groups come from the official Festa Major 2026 programme published by Castellar del Vallès Town Council. The Spanish and English translations are ours.

The explanations in the “First time at Festa Major?” section were written for this site and are not part of the official programme.

The organisers reserve the right to change the programme. Times may change and activities may be cancelled because of rain or other circumstances.

This site has no server and no database. These are static pages: there are no forms, we ask for no data, there are no accounts or passwords, and nothing is sent anywhere. We also use no analytics or tracking tools: no Google Analytics, no pixels, no advertising.

The fonts are served from this site, not from Google. Opening the site sends no request to any third party.

We use no cookies, which is why you will not find a pop-up asking for your consent.

What we do use is your browser’s local storage, only to remember things you chose yourself and that are useful right here. It never leaves your device and never reaches us:

the activities you saved to “My programme”, the language you chose and whether you turned on large text or high contrast. If you clear your browser data, all of it disappears.

The Festa Major 2026 poster is by Beatriz Hernández Moreno. The programme belongs to Castellar del Vallès Town Council. The Vilabarrakes graphics and video belong to Associació Vilabarrakes. Each work belongs to whoever made it and appears here only to help people find out about the festival, on a non-commercial basis.

Bandrau is two people from Castellar who are just starting out. We built this site because we wanted the town to have the programme close at hand. Nobody commissioned it and nobody paid us to make it: we make nothing from it, and there is no advertising or sponsorship.

We take great care to copy the programme accurately, but mistakes are possible and the official programme may change after we publish. Always check important times against the official source. We are not responsible for the activities themselves, which are organised by the council and the town’s groups.
